- Infielder Russ Johnson was reinstated from the restricted list and placed on the 15-day disabled list.[2]

- Pitcher Josh Lueke was optioned to Triple-A Durham from Tampa Bay.[3]
- Pitcher Romulo Sánchez was released from Triple-A Durham.[4]
