Thomas Michael Foley (born September 9, 1959, in Fort Benning, GA) has been the third base coach for Tampa Bay since 2002. He was formerly the manager for the Devil Rays' then-Advanced-Rookie affiliate Butte Copper Kings (1996), Minor League Field Coordinator (1997-1999) and Director of Minor League Operations (2000-2001).[1]
