In 1999, the Tampa Bay Devil Rays organization sent several players to the Arizona Fall League.
Devil Rays minor league pitchers Todd Belitz, Jim Morris, Bobby Seay, and Matt White, and infielders Dustin Carr and Aubrey Huff played for the Maryvale Saguaros that year.[1]
