- Infielder Reid Brignac, catcher Chris Gimenez, pitcher Cesar Ramos, and outfielder Rich Thompson were recalled from Triple-A Durham.[2]
- Pitcher Jeff Neimann was activated from the 60-day disabled list.[2]
- Infielder Will Rhymes was designated for assignment.[2]
- Infielder Robby Price was assigned to Triple-A Durham from Advanced-A Charlotte.[3]
