- Pitcher Mark Hendrickson was activated from the 15-day disabled list.[1]
- Pitcher Edwin Jackson was optioned to Triple-A Durham.[1]
- Infielder Jorge Cantu was placed on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to April 24, with a left foot fracture.[1]
2008
- Infielder Elliot Johnson was optioned to Triple-A Durham.[2]
- Catcher Mike DiFelice (designated for assignment on April 22) and infielder Dan Johnson (designated for assignment on April 23) cleared waivers and were sent outright to Triple-A Durham.[2]
