- Pitcher Brandon Gomes was recalled from Triple-A Durham to Tampa Bay.[2]
- Infielder Jeff Keppinger was activated from the 15-day disabled list.[2]
- Infielder Brooks Conrad was assigned to Tampa Bay.[2]
- Outfielder Matt Joyce was placed on the 15-day disabled list due to lower back tightness (retroactive to June 20).[2]
- Outfielder Rich Thompson was optioned to Triple-A Durham from Tampa Bay.[2]
