- Outfielder Terrell Lowery was outrighted to Triple-A Durham.[1]
- Outfielder Bubba Trammell was recalled from Triple-A Durham.[1]
2000
- Infielder Vinny Castilla was placed on the 15-day disabled list with lower back inflammation.[2]
- Infielder Bobby Smith was selected from Triple-A Durham.[2]
2001
- Pitcher Dan Wheeler was optioned to Triple-A Durham.[3]
2002
- Pitcher Jorge Sosa was assigned to Double-A Orlando for rehabilitation.[4]
2012
- Designated hitter Luke Scott was placed on the 15-day disabled list due to back spasms, retroactive to June 9.[5]
