- Pitcher Wilson Alvarez was transferred from the 15-day disabled list to the 60-day disabled list.[1]
- Pitcher Brian Rose was activated and added to the 25-man roster.[1]
- Pitcher Jeff Wallace was selected from Triple-A Durham.[1]
