- Minor league pitchers Carlos Chantres, Jason Dickson, Luis de los Santos, and Stevenson Agosto, catcher Kevin Brown, outfielder Kevin Sefcik, and utility players Ryan Freel were signed to minor league contracts.[1]

- Outfielder Chris Singleton was signed to a minor league contract and invited to spring training.[2]
