- Pitcher Rick Gorecki was transferred from the 15-day disabled list to the 60-day disabled list.[1]
- Infielder Herbert Perry was selected from Triple-A Durham.[1]

- Pitcher Ruddy Lugo was optioned to Triple-A Durham.[2]
