- Pitcher Travis Phelps was recalled from Triple-A Durham.[1]

- Infielder Travis Lee was placed on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to April 14, with a right oblique strain.[2]
- Pitcher Delvin James was designated for assignment.[2]
- Outfielder George Lombard was selected from Triple-A Durham.[2]
