- Infielder Scott McClain was optioned to Triple-A Durham.[1]
- Catcher Julio Mosquera was outrighted to Triple-A Durham.[1]
- Catcher Jesse Levis was assigned to minor league camp.[1]
2002
- Infielder Russ Johnson was placed on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to March 28, with a strained plantar fascia tendon in his right foot.[2]
2004
- Pitcher Doug Waechter was optioned to Triple-A Durham.[3]
- Outfielder Charles Gipson was selected from Triple-A Durham.[3]
2005
- 2004 Rule 5 draft selection pitcher Angel Garcia was returned to Minnesota.[4]
2006
- Pitcher Brian Meadows was signed to a Major League contract.[5]
2007
- Pitchers Seth McClung and Chad Orvella were optioned to Triple-A Durham.[6]
- Infielder Carlos Pena was reassigned to minor league camp.[6]
