- Pitchers Brandon Gomes and Cesar Ramos were optioned to Triple-A Durham from Tampa Bay.[1]
- Pitcher Jeremy Hellickson was activated from the 15-day disabled list.[1]
- Pitcher Kyle Farnsworth was activated from the 60-day disabled list.[1]
- Pitcher Joel Peralta was reinstated from suspension.[1]
